30 Pakistan Transport Sector Strategy. Asian Development Bank (ADB) Prepared the Pakistan Transport Sector, Strategy, covering all the modes of transport. The consultant held meetings with all the concerned stakeholders in Islamabad and the four provincial capitals. The consultant collected data from all the federal and the provincial departments and agencies, variety of organizations, NGOs, members of the civil society; and variety of donors.
