We are one of the select few firms registered with the Planning and Development Department, Government of the Punjab, who are entitled to work for all the provincial government related consultancy projects.

The firm provides consultancy services in a wide range of fields, such as Transportation and Communication services, Environment, Impact Assessment, Pollution Mitigation, Water Resources Development, Vertical & Horizontal Drainage, Rural Development, Physical Planning & Housing, Power, Education and Training, Institutional Re-alignment, Buildings Design, Survey and Monitoring & Evaluation of Hydraulic Structures; such as Barrages, Head Regulators, Cross Regulators, Falls and Bridges.

  • Over-seas Project, Jakart; Indonesia: Senior Transport Modeling Specialist (International) (JV of PT. Anugerah Kiridapradana, Don Il Engineering Consultant Co. Ltd. & P. T. Duta Cipta Mandiri).

“ADB Loan 2817- INO, Study for the Services for the Indonesia Transport Sector Development Strategy and Policy, Regional Road Development Project (RRDP)”. Client, MoNational Development Planning / National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS), / Asian Development Bank.

  • The ADB project, “Contract no. 129608-S52937, TA 9153 PAK: Preparing MFF CAREC Railway Connectivity Investment Program – PPTA CS PPTA Consultant for PAK: Preparing MFF CAREC Railway Connectivity Investment Program (48416-001)”.

NTU International a/s, Denmark in JV with Railistics GmbH, Germany and Planning & Development Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan).

  • Transport Specialist for the ADB project: Pre-Feasibilty Study Sialkot: TA-8556 REG: Supporting the Cities Development Initiative for Asia.
  • Transport Specialist for the ADB project: Pre-Feasibilty Study Sahiwal: TA-8556 REG: Supporting the Cities Development Initiative for Asia.
  • Part of the team of the ADB project, “TA 46263-001 REG: Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC): Midterm Review of the Transport and Trade Facilitation Strategy and Implementation Action Plan”.
  • Pre-feasibility of the Lahore Light rail Project, World Bank funded Study, Public Transportation Planning at the Lahore GTS Bus Stand and Railway Station Area.
  • Prepared the Concession Proposal and Commercial Feasibility Study for an Express Bus Business for an Improved Bus Service on the 334 km. Long Lahore-Islamabad Motorway; with a special Emphasis on the Inter-urban Public Transport in Pakistan.
  • As a Senior Transport Planner, Lahore worked for the MVA, UK and did the project coordination, data collection and analysis for the Study on Rapid Mass Transit System for Lahore. Also did the rapid appraisal of the various prospective mass transit corridors and prepared the traffic survey questionnaires along with detailed survey plans.
  • Prepared as a Transport Planner / Traffic Engineer for the Louis Berger Group, USA / ECIL, Karachi; the landside transportation forecasting, analysis and planning of the state of the art New Islamabad International Airport (NIIA) facility, which is the first Green Field airport in Pakistan; spread out on 3,200 acres of land.
  • As an Urban Transport Specialist for PADECO Co., Ltd.; Japan responsible for the, “Data Collection, Transport Model Implication Analysis and an Effect Analysis for the Lahore Case Study for the ADB funded, Sustainable Fuel Partnership (SFP) project. Other Cities Include Colombo, Kathmandu, Tbilisi, Guangdong Province in China and Beijing Shanghai High Speed Rail Link”.
  • Responsible for the formulation of the transport policy and the institutional component of the World Bank assisted Transport Studies of the Five Big Cities of Punjab; as a Transport Specialist for the Dainchi Consultants Inc., Japan.
  • As a Transport Finance Specialist for the Wilber Smith Associates (WSA), USA / ECIL, Karachi prepared the Transport Finance component of the ADB funded Pakistan Transport Policy.
  • Prepared the Pakistan Transport Sector Strategy, covering all modes of transport for the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
  • Developed the Resource Generation Component of the World Bank, funded, Institutional Alignment Study for Metropolitan Corporation Lahore’s (MCL) Roads Functions.
  • Worked on the ADB Technical Assistance (T.A.) Project, Promotion of Private Sector Participation in the Highway Financing, Construction and Operation in Pakistan.
  • As a Transport Planner / Traffic Engineer for Kampsax, Finnroad / ECIL, Karachi, was part of the team that prepared the road safety and the traffic engineering Reform Component of the ADB assisted Sindh Road Sector Development Programme. Did the Road Safety Audit of the numerous provincial roads.
  • Was responsible as a Transport Planner / Traffic Engineer for the ECIL Karachi for the traffic surveys, transportation planning and traffic engineering component for the design of the Interchange at the Zero Point, Islamabad.
  • Worked on the Environmental Risk Assessment for the ICI Paints Factory, Lahore. Identified vulnerable population groups, flora and fauna and infrastructure in the surrounding environment.
  • For the World Bank Aid and Appraisal Mission in association with the ACE; as part of the Urban Development Strategy and Project Identification for the Initial Urban Infrastructure Review for the Priority Investments; evaluated and analyzed the status of the complete transportation and traffic system of the five biggest  Cities of the Punjab province; Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan and Gujranwala.
  • Prepared for the BCEOM, France; the Traffic and Economic Feasibility of the Sheikhupura Dera Ghazi Khan Section of the Motorway (M3).
  • Responsible for the Toll Study for the traffic forecasting and analysis; based on toll sensitivity analysis with varying tolls for the Commercial Feasibility of the nine motorways and expressways projects, with a total length of about 1,840 Km.; on the basis of BOT or Financing as a part of the national network plan for the National Highway Authority.
  • Worked on the Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded, Third Farm to Market Roads Project, North Punjab. Also worked on the Out-line Commercial & Transportation Feasibility Study for the Islamabad Highway/Expressway Project.
  • Identified, Planned, Developed and Designed International Standard, 180 Traffic Direction and Management Signs for the Major Arterial roads of the City of Lahore.
  • Prepared the Traffic & Economic Feasibility of the Jahangira-Darband – Tahkot Highway, NWFP.
  • Started the pioneering work in Pakistan of the Transportation Planning and Traffic Impact Studies for the following miscellaneous high rise developments, such as:
